Our newly developed triple fiber laser micromachining cutting head
S-LCH300-T equips QBH standard fiber interface and three cutting heads by
splitting the energy up to three identical products manufactured in a single
operation, which makes it 3 times processing efficiency compared to traditional
single cutting head. The body we designed has X-Y centering adjustment for the
incoming laser and Z axis for focusing adjustment. The head equips aspheric lens
for collimating the beam and state-of-the-art aspheric lens configuration for
optimum focus ability. It maximizes the superior beam quality and small spot
sizes of fiber laser. There is a glass window with a 3° tilt angle to avoid the
laser reflected to cutting head. The QBH standard interface makes the cutting
head fully compatible with IPG fiber lasers.
