PSD Position Sensitive Detector can provide you the laser accuracy XY coordinate value. It is widely used for beam stabilization for the laser position tracking. The photodiode we used is from the international manufacturer. Like we showed in Fig 1 the electrodes provide the photocurrents IA, IB, IC and ID, and there is a common contact. The four photocurrents are generated when an optical beam strikes the active area. An ideal PSD is linear across the active area.
The design wavelength is 320-1100nm,please see more detail in Fig2 wavelength responsivity.
