The SFM35 is a Top adjustable designed monolithic flexure mount. Clear aperture cut-outs have been added to maximize beam clearance for beamsplitter applications. These cutouts are set at 45° and are large enough to accommodate a maximum beam size of 10.3mm at angle variations of ±2.5°. This variation has the tip/tilt adjustments moved to create a top-adjusted flexure. The pitch and yaw adjustments are made using our 100TPI rolled thread adjustment screws for low stiction fine adjustments and are swaged at the end to prevent over-travel of the mount. The top adjust block incorporates an anti-creep feature that allows the user to adjust a pre-load on each adjustment screw.
