Our newly developed fiber laser micromachining cutting head equips QBH standard fiber interface. The body we designed has X-Y centering adjustment for the incoming laser and Z axis for focusing adjustment. The head equips aspheric lens for collimating the beam and state-of-the-art aspheric lens configuration for optimum focus ability. It maximizes the superior beam quality and small spot size of fiber laser. There is a glass window with a degree to avoid the laser reflected to the cutting head. The QBH standard interface makes the cutting head fully compatible with IPG fiber lasers.
