Shine successfully developed close loop Beam Stabilization System based on the Nanomotor technology in the past year and release it at Mar 2016. This system can counteract laser drift-eliminating pointing instabilities. System mainly includes: a piece of HeNe laser,2 pieces of PSD detectors,4 pieces of Nanomotor, 1 piece of Nanomotor controller, 2 pieces of SQM25,1 piece of SGM25 and some post and post holders.This system has been used to counteract laser drift-eliminating pointing and resulting in significant improvements in your system accuracy. Typical application includes: metrology,exposure-control and beam-steering application and research application such as thin-film measurement etc.
